Position Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with at least 6 months of recruitment experience to step into a specialised role within our firm. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be provided with comprehensive training and support to develop your skills and knowledge in recruitment, with a focus on one of our core sectors. Your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and interest in the construction, engineering, mission critical, power, and energy sectors will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a range of roles within our specialised sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in identifying and engaging with potential clients, learning how to understand their needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
Develop an understanding of industry trends and client requirements to effectively match candidates to roles.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
Collaborate with senior consultants and the advisory team to learn best practices and gain insights into the industry.
Contribute to achieving team targets and business growth by supporting key recruitment projects.

Ideal Candidate

At least 6 months of recruitment experience, with a passion for developing a career in this field.
Genuine interest in the construction, engineering, mission critical, power, and energy sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic industry.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
