Ideally, you will have experience within the construction, engineering, mission critical, power, or energy sectors, but we are also open to those who have excelled in other areas and are eager to specialise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing a consultative approach to recruitment.
Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and industry trends to deliver tailored talent solutions.
Utilise various sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, and industry events, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Collaborate with our advisory team to provide strategic insights and market intelligence to clients.
Achieve and exceed performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the Fortiva.

Key Responsibilities
As least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, mission critical, power, or energy sectors.
Strong track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
