Position Overview

This role is perfect for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who excels in candidate management and enjoys focusing on the delivery aspect of recruitment without the pressure of business development. As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a 180-degree role, dedicated to sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates within our specialist sectors. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of recruitment experience who has a passion for the construction, engineering, mission critical, power, or energy sectors and prefers a non-business development role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles within our specialist sectors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and matching them with suitable opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with account managers and senior consultants to understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Utilize a range of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.

  • Provide regular updates to clients and ensure all recruitment processes are managed efficiently and effectively.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our CRM system.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 12 months recruitment experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, mission critical, power, or energy sectors.

  • Strong track record of managing the candidate side of the recruitment process, with a passion for delivering excellent service.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • A proactive and positive approach, with a genuine interest in the sectors we operate in.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to achieving results.
